FORMAL TRAINING:
Starting at age 6 Months. (pup needs to have their adult teeth)
- Obedience
- Force Fetch
- Collar Conditioning
- Whoa breaking (steadys them after they go on point)
- Marking ability (would include retrieving ducks in water)
- Some beginning pile work (this includes drills to get them ready for handling on blind retrieves.
This training could take 3 to 4 months, it is all depending on how your pup wants to learn and at their pace. Most can be through it in 3 to 4 months. The pups stay with us during this training.
